Forklift Servicing and Repair

We are a family run business and pride ourselves on our service and the support we give to our customers. We are fully equipped to deal with your breakdown within a 4 hour window.

From the moment you contact us the breakdown is logged on our cloud based system, and the job is remotely sent to an allocated experienced field engineer who will then review the job notes and any special requirements, with regards to a point of contact on site, or health and safety requirements.

We will always aim to get you up and running on the initial visit.  If further work is required our engineer will always go through what is required before leaving the site.  We will email you a quotation of what is required, and this will clearly list the parts required, including labour time and travel in order to complete the work.

If the work doesn’t require a quotation as per your request we will order the parts that are needed, and arrange a convenient revisit date to action the work. We will always minimise the downtime of the machine and any disruption to your business.

More extensive repairs and specialised work can be undertaken at our comprehensive workshop facility. If a hire truck is required while we carry out the work, we can arrange this also.

All the service and thorough examination inspections are pre-booked, with a date and time that works for you.

We will always contact you when these are due giving you complete peace of mind that your forklifts are in good hands.
